This course covers workers who are responsible for developing and evaluating the program. Workers at this level have the responsibility for the supervision of other staff and volunteer workers. In most states, it is the highest qualification required at director or service manager level.

Course Duration

This course is completed during an 18 month period involving home study and on the job training. Students are required to complete assignments throughout their period of classroom training. a minimum of 300-500 hours of work in a child care facility under the supervision of a designated child care worker is needed for the completion of the course.
