This course is designed to develop your skills as a trainer and assessor and to ensure that you are appropriately skilled in working within the Vocational Education Sector and other training sectors. The course's participants will apply the skills that they have learnt to real life simulated scenarios because at South West Training Services we believe application is as vital as theory.
